$99 / month with a $20 co-pay per visit. For addt'l. members see Family Plan.
  • TELEHEATH: One free Telehealth sick visit per year. Subsequent visits are an additional $20 co-pay.
  • SICK VISITS: Members have access to the provider twice a month for sick visits for an additional $20 co-pay.
  • WELLNESS VISITS: Members have access to the provider once a month for an additional $20 co-pay.
  • COVID TESTING: Members are entitled to a free rapid Covid test every three months. PCR test are regular price.
  • WEIGHT LOSS: $20 co-pay per visit plus the cost of medication (if applicable).
  • IV HYDRATION: One free hydration treatment after one year of membership.
  • IN HOUSE MEDICATIONS: Receive 25% discount on all in-house medications.
